| When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Pidgit (ドドリゲス, Dodoriguez) is an enemy that first appeared in Doki Doki Panic and Super Mario Bros. 2 as a common enemy. Pidgits are blue birds that travel on magic carpets. They have orange beaks, round eyes, and red feet.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee
Pidgits appear as elements in the Mushroom Kingdom II stage. They will fly around the stage on their magic carpets, which serve as a moving soft platform; however, it can also carry the player past the blast lines on either side of the stage. As with the rest of the stage, Pidgits appear in their sprite form from the Super Mario All-Stars version of Super Mario Bros. 2. Pidgit also appears as a trophy.
