Her basic move set is the same as Peach's, but this princess has her own unique personality. She's known for being upbeat, energetic, and a bit of a tomboy.
—"Today's Fighter" description

Daisy is a playable newcomer character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. She is fighter 13ε, an Echo of Peach. She was announced for the game on June 12th, 2018.

Differences from Peach

Aesthetics

  • Change Daisy uses a new and more energetic idle, with her hands up.
  • Change Daisy uses a Toad with a blue outfit instead of red one.
  • Change Daisy has flower and petal effects for her attacks instead of hearts.
  • Change Daisy has different taunts and victory animations. Her intro is different as well.

Special Moves

  • Change Daisy's variant of Peach Bomber shoots foes downward instead of upward.

Alternate Costumes

  • Default - Based on her standard appearance since Mario Party 4.
  • White - Similar to Peach's white dress; her crown is monochrome and her jewels have a more yellowish tint.

Trivia

  • One of Daisy's victory animations is reminiscent of her celebration animation from Mario Golf: World Tour.
