On October 5th, 2009, a lone traveler stumbled upon a library bearing the title "SmashWikia". Having recently gotten Brawl, his curiosity drove him to enter. Looking around the place he was baffled by the large collection of knowledge available -- and then he considered registering. His form ready, all he needed was an alias... The man's mind thought back to his war days. Ah, fighting in futuristic gear with many others like him. The Tempest, rocket launchers, snipers, flails... good times. Back then his alias was "Mr. E Player", but after some thought it sounded silly. Needed something other than a gimmick nickname. Perhaps, something else from his memories? Yes, he figured, his new alias would be "HavocReaper48", keeping the namesake of an old pal back in his day. The HavocReaper he knew back then was his biggest rival but also a great friend -- until he mysteriously disappeared off the game without a trace. Mr. E figured he would keep his name so he wouldn't forget the endless, utterly n00bish times they're shared on the battlefield. On October 5th, 2009... Mr E., now known as the new HavocReaper48 had become a member of SmashWikia!
Havoc had been informed of other communities just like Smashwikia -- all different in their own way. In his brief time there he had seen many other travelers come from all walks of communities. Havoc figured he could join another. However, there were literally thousands of databases among the network, and it was quite baffling. What would be the best start? Something he had tons of knowledge of.... Donkey Kong Country of course! A childhood game that introduced him to the SNES, Havoc has been playing the game for ages. Unfortunately there was no Donkey Kong Country Wiki, rather just a wiki on Donkey Kong in general. That was good enough though. Fitting the DKC heritage, the Donkey Kong Wikia was a jungle! A large, varied ecosystem with small settlements scattered throughout -- these houses contained the wiki's content. However, the place was untidy. Roots and weeds outgrew without being fixed, plants had withered. The administration wasn't doing its job, and the community was practically non-existent. Havoc, at first, considered joining in the first place. His activity wasn't much at first. Over time he realized how bad the situation was and made it his job to improve the place. Over time he has rejuvenated the place. Activity returned, new content was added, and eventually had been promoted to administrator for his efforts. Things were going smoothly until one disturbance, which would plague the wiki for some time. A user under the alias "Slipknot Darkrai" -- Named after the user's favorite band and Pokemon had joined.
At first he was a great contributor, easily helping out where the others could not. Havoc had commended him for the efforts. Though this wouldn't last for long. Darkrai slowly became power hungry, demanding rewards for his contributions and becoming a nuisance. Several edit wars and blocks would follow.
