Special moves[edit]

Special move Name Description Damage
Standard special move Spin Attack Crash performs his iconic spin move that deals high knockback, similar to Incineroar's neutral special, but the difference is that he has two functions, tap the button to cancel the move entirely, or hold it to make him spin longer, however, if tapping the button too many times, you'll have to wait a few seconds before you can us it again, or holding the button for too long will make Crash dizzy, similar to the stun animation, except it lasts shorter. If used in the air, he will slowly float, and pressing the down stick will make him dive down with a drill spin, dealing multiple hits. While holding the button, press Up to make him jump higher while spinning, serving it as an alternative recovery. 11%, 5% (air), 2.2% (hits 1 to 5)
Side special move Crate Toss Crash will toss one of the crates with two arms to the ground. There are 4 creates to toss and each one of them has a different function. The normal Crate will stay on the ground for a few seconds and will hit an opponent, but doesn't brake. The only time you can break the crate if by jumping on it. The TNT crate will explode after counting to 3 seconds if it lays on the ground, but will explode if hits either a wall or an opponent. The Aku Aku Crate is similar to the normal Crate, except when jumping on it, it will release Aku Aku, appearing on Crash's side for the duration of the match and only serves as a defense for him, reducing damage from opponents by 0.5x, but once hit, he will dissapear. If another Aku Aku Crate is broken, he will turn gold, doubling the defense to 1.5x, but he will still get hit nonetheless. Note that only Crash can break the Aku Aku crate by himself. And the last one is the Nitro Crate, which whoever is close to it will get a Special Zoom effect and instantly gets a super heavy knockback after the crate explodes on the ground. Crash can throw a crate based on the random chances, normal crate is common, the TNT and Aku Aku Crates are uncommon, with the Nitro Crate being the rarest of them. 7% (Crate and Aku Aku crate), 11% (TNT crate), 30% (Nitro crate)
Up special move Bounce Crate A Bounce Crate appears below Crash as he jumps very high, similar to Sonic, Mega Man, PAC-MAN, and Banjo & Kazooie's, unlike them, it does not dissapear after using it on the ground for the second time, as it will take multiple jumps to dissapear, though its vertical recovery is on par with Little Mac's, that's why the Spin Attack is mostly used as an alternative. The pose Crash does while executing the move resembles the Rocket Jump animation from Crash Bandicoot 2: N-Tranced, therefor he can attack opponents with his head. 8.6%
Down special move Fruit Bazooka Crash takes out his Fruit Bazooka from his pants and shoot a wumpa fruit, dealing slight knockback when hitting an opponent. Use the directional stick to move the direction of the bazooka, though only three when he is either left or right, leaving him open to be attacked. The longer you holding the button, the stronger the wumpa fruit will become, but if you hold it for too long, the bazooka will explode, similar to Peanut Popgun. When used in the air, not only it will slow his fall, but also allows him to move in 8 directions freely. Press the special button again to cancel it. 11% (non-charged), 23% (fully charged)
Final Smash Time Warp Crashin' Crash takes out his jetpack and blasts forward very fast to attack one or three opponents. If done, a cutscene will trigger where Crash drags the enemy while traveling through time as the Quantum Masks assist him, he then spin jumps from the jetpack and equips Aku Aku as a mask before finishing off with a extra powerful Spin Attack, taking them back to the battlefield. The background images during the Final Smash references various games he appeared in a fixed order, which are the original Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot: Warped, Crash Team Racing, Crash: The Wrath of Cortex, Crash Twinsanity, Crash Of the Titans, Crash: Mind Over Mutant and Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. There's a rare chance that the "Woah!" meme will be heard during the Final Smash, which is a reference to a similar easter egg found in the beginning of A Hole in Space level. 50%
