SSBMT4 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament held on February 22nd, 2004 in Bergerac, France. It was the fourth and final installment of the SSBMT series, featuring a double-elimination bracket as opposed to its predecessor, SSBMT3, which featured a single-elimination bracket.

Trivia[edit]
- While stage legality was rarely an issue in the country at the time, with few to no stages being considered illegal in tournaments, that sentiment would start to fade after SSBMT4, with Bossofsmash stalling out Gooba on Yoshi's Island in bracket being credited as the catalyst.[1]
