The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Talk:List of SSBU Music (Super Mario Bros. series)
Wrong titles?[edit]
The Super Mario Galaxy 2 song The Starship Sails is officially named The Starship Travels in the mariowiki.com and in vgmdb.
The battle theme from Color Splash is named Fight! in the sound test available at Prisma Museum. Considering other song names in Smash, they went for a literal translation instead of an official one.

- I checked sound test in Ultimate. The titles we have right now - "The Starship Sails" and "Battle! - Paper Mario: Color Splash" - should be correct. CookiesCreme 18:53, May 14, 2021 (EDT)
- Sorry, what I mean is that those are the official titles but that Smash Bros. used others, probably literal translations and should be pointed out in the description. DoctaShield (talk) 23:28, May 14, 2021 (EDT)
- For example, in SSB4 the second part of the Super Mario 3D Land remix had the name Beach Theme, while in an official soundtrack (The 30th Anniversary Super Mario Bros. Music) is Sea Theme but now in Ultimate they just went with Underwater Theme. DoctaShield (talk) 23:35, May 14, 2021 (EDT)
What does ported means?[edit]
I was checking things in this page (oh god too much music), and in Break Free (Lead the Way) it says something like ported directly from.... I want to be clarified a bit on there or in the description, because while the song in featured in the game, the game version is a short loop while the Smash version here is the full version found in the soundtracks. The Great Tower Showdown 2[edit]
I think it should be stated that The Great Tower Showdown 2 have a special loop that goes from an earlier point because the original just loops in the last seconds due to being timed or something like that in the game of origin DoctaShield (talk) 00:40, June 3, 2021 (EDT)
