I know we don't cover fanon, but can't there at least be a simple article about fan games in general? Besides, we have something similar with Machinima. Blindcolours TONDA GOSSA. 21:18, 30 September 2011 (EDT)

Super Smash Flash[edit]

Um, was it fine to add information about Super Smash Flash and Super Smash Flash 2? Marioisawesome118 FALCON PUNCH! MarioHeadSSBM.png 7:16, 15 January 2012 (EST)

Super Smash Flash is a game on the internet that is identical to Melee. ..... Friday the 13th 0_o PikachuHeadSSBB.png 19:05, 15 January 2012 (EST)
I didn't ask for information. Marioisawesome118 FALCON PUNCH! MarioHeadSSBM.png 16:54, 19 January 2012 (EST)
It is a notable flash game, possibly being the most popular one. ..... Comboed 17:48, 19 January 2012 (EST)
I said I don't need information on the game. Marioisawesome118 FALCON PUNCH! MarioHeadSSBM.png 14:13, 21 January 2012 (EST)

The beginning of the article[edit]

Uses the plural, fan games. Should this be this way, or should we make the beginning coincide with the article? DarkFox01DF01Sig.pngNow in 3D! 21:39, 8 February 2013 (EST)

Super Smash Flash 2[edit]

Considering how I know a lot about this game, would it be alright if I made a section just for SSF2? It would just be used as an example for a fanmade game. Aidan the Average Gamer (talk) 15:35, 7 August 2014 (EDT)

We don't need examples. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Sharp 15:43, 7 August 2014 (EDT)
That's fine, I just thought it'd be something to at least mention on here. Aidan the Average Gamer (talk) 15:46, 7 August 2014 (EDT)

Empty page?[edit]

I was wondering why this page is so empty. Could someone explain the reason? Zm123bro (talk) 17:00, 29 August 2014 (EDT)

We aren't allowed to list the individual fangames. That explains why it's so short. Berrenta (talk) 17:13, 29 August 2014 (EDT)

Fan Games[edit]

If we can add information about Project M, Brawl- and other fan created things, why not add information on fan games? RosalinaU (talk) 00:53, 18 November 2014 (EST)

Simple: games like Project M have a large tournament presence, while others such as Super Smash Flash don't. It was actually brought up to introduce a "Fanon:" namespace back in 2011, but the idea failed to meet the standards of the community. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 23:32, 24 November 2014 (EST)
