Papepia (パペピア) is a Japanese player from Funabashi that gained notoriety during Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Papepia initially mained King Dedede but transitioned to Meta Knight. Papepia placed 5th at the regional KetubatoX 1 after taking sets over Nagahari and hiko. Papepia also placed well nationally, notably placing 13th at the majors KetubatoX 2, with a win over Raid, and Sumabura Ranking Battle in Tokyo 1-3 and 17th at SumabatoX 6. Papepia was a tournament organizer for the Numabura tournament series.
In Super Smash Brothers Melee, he mained Peach and notably placing 13th at KetubatoDX 0. In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, he mained ROB and took sets over players like Yaminabe at Tokyo Bar Tournament 2 and Tiger and Kijima at Umebura 15.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, he is a Mr. Game & Watch and Mii Swordfighter player. Papepia took sets over Senra at Kagaribi 4 and kazuhito and Raria at Shibuya BeeSmash BIG 2. He also defeated TRIGGER at a weekly.
