From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki
Mekk is a Super Smash Bros. Melee Ganondorf / Captain Falcon player from Chicago, Illinois. He played exclusively Ganondorf for all of the year of 2023 and is currently considered to be the best active Ganondorf player in the world. Mekk's best performance to date was at Low Tide City 2022, where he defeated Axe and bobby big ballz to place 2nd. Outside of these wins, he has also defeated players such as Spark, KJH, TheSWOOPER, Skerzo, Zamu, and Fizzwiggle. Mekk was formerly ranked 4th on the Chicago Melee Power Rankings in Act 1 of 2023, and 44th on SSBMRank 2023.
Despite being banned from the Smash Community in January 2024, Mekk became sponsored by ESTV on March 14th, 2024.[1]
In January 2024 Mekk was globally banned for alleged use of continued hate speech, bigotry, & harassment while smurfing on social media as IronSpartan [2]. He responded by admitting that he is indeed IronSpartan (though also claiming that multiple people use the persona and that the profile is "definitely a meme account on Twitter"), not apologizing and leaving "the mainstream community to go work on an alternate space for smash" [3].

- Mekk is known for his physical tenacity and satirical inability to stop. He will frequently exclaim "I ain't stoppin" on his stream, owns a real stop sign crossed over with an X, and does push-ups after losing a set in tournament.
- In December 2022, Mekk committed to maining Ganondorf for an entire year to boost the character's tournament representation/results.[4]
