The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

I personally think the cleanup of smasher namespace was a good idea, but why delete Vidjogamers smasher page? He is a well known Peach player and participates in tournaments. I don't understand why it was deleted. Maybe I'm just missing something. Well whatever it is, please tell me whats going on. JtM =^] (talk) 08:19, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- That one shouldn't have been deleted. I'll restore it asap. There will always be a few missteps in things like this. Luckily we can fix it no harm done. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 08:21, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- I know. That's why me, being the author of the policy that's causing this bloodletting, and realizing that it needs some oversight from somebody who knows who is legit and who isn't, I think needs the powers of sysop to put this back on track because the admins are just deleting the stuff as it's tagged and not fact checking (which they shouldn't have to do) in order that I might supervise the project. Check out my RfA and I apologize for my syntax. Semicolon (talk) 19:08, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
