The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Wikipedia doesn't have an article for, for example, every single Simpsons character. So why do we need entire articles for characters that only appear on a single trophy or sticker? I say unless said characters have a huge storyline and/or impact on their games, such as Midna, there's no reason they can't simply be merged to the game's page or the universe's page. It's really ridiculous to make an article that's a mere two sentences long, half of which simply describes sticker effects. The same should go for many background characters. The Fish article was merged to Summit, I don't see why Pidgit should be much different. - Gargomon251 (talk) 02:57, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

I agree with you 100%. Trivial articles should be merged or deleted. - GalaxiaD (talk) 03:25, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

Well, I still think The Fish was too cool to be merged, but I do agree with you. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 03:25, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

Well the individual articles on stickers arn't really needed, but we could merge trophy articles based on how their catagorised in the game, but we may need multiple pages for the longer lists. Learner4 (talk) 15:57, 6 July 2008 (UTC)

Because if we did that then the Smashwiki would only have less than 1000 articles and very rarely would new articles be added.Besides trophies and stickers are features of the smash series implanted into the game thus making them vital. - Hatake91 (talk) 00:55, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
