So, I've decided to compile my own monthly tier lists based on the current success ratings for each character.
I don't expect these lists to match up with the official ones at all; they're just here to show which characters are doing particularly well/horribly in tournaments.
Since the pages are getting a bit large, I've put them on their own pages now.
Current Project M List
So, now that this game is officially dead, the results are only going to get more and more skewed as the data size gets smaller and smaller.
Wonderful.
Anyway, Fox is not in the top 5 for the first time ever for some reason (perhaps because players have only just realized that this game is not, in fact, a carbon copy of Melee) and ZSSamus sits at the top for the second list in a row. Mewtwo and Luigi have bounced back, Pit is still abnormally high for how (apparently) sucky he is, and Koopa has finally broken his gradual slide by crawling out of the shitty abyss. Once again, Olimar and Pikachu are stuck at the very bottom, no doubt due to being victims of the game's relative unfinishedness. In fact, I was originally considering putting Pikachu in his own tier at the bottom, but the bottom two characters are so far detached from anything even remotely resembling the word "okay" that at this point, it really doesn't matter. Only time will tell if these things remain as they are.
