Shulk (SSB4)/Neutral special/Custom 2

In this custom variation of Monado Arts, both the strengths and weaknesses of each Art is amplified, each Art only lasts 5 seconds and it 15 seconds to recharge an Art before the it becomes available again. This encourages the player to take full advantage of each Art before it runs out.
