How do I disable the Rich Text Editor?

I used to be on here, but I left due to reasons shared by other users. I came here to find out how to disable the Rich Text Editor, as Wikia claimed the problem where it created & nbsp ; was fixed, when in actuality it was not. No, you cannot just make a tier list. The SBR releases a tier list. First, you won't be able to join the SBR and second, they do not have each member release a single list.
