King Dedede

King Dedede (デデデ大王, Dedede Daiō), also spelled "King DeDeDe", and "King De De De" is the main villain from the Kirby series. He is a giant puffball-like penguin who wields a hammer, and has been the main villian of the Kirby series since it's begining. His powers are vaguely similar to Kirby's.

In Super Smash Bros.
In the original Super Smash Bros., King Dedede made a mere brief cameo in the background of the Dream Land stage.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee
In Smash Bros. Melee, Dedede makes the same cameo as before, as well as another appearance as a trophy.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl
