Should YL's and Peach's down-B's be added to the list of similar moves?

I feel like Young Link's is fairly obvious. He's a clone character; the move has the same frame data, and the bombs differ in minor ways. Peach's is a bit more of an arguable case. It's a down special that spawns a projectile item, and has a similar animation. However, Peach's 1) has RNG tied to it, 2) spawns a Vegetable instead of a bomb, and 3) has to be done while grounded.
