He is also a notable tournament director, known for hosting the Forte tournament series in Austin, Texas. He was previously ranked 3rd on the Central Texas Power Rankings, and ranked 1st on the Austin Power Rankings. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin class of 2016.
