Use this template to store information relevant to the metagame of Peach and Daisy in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
At the beginning of Ultimate's metagame, players immediately recognized the viability of Peach and Daisy. They also noticed how Peach has improved from the last installment. Their combo game became one of the best in the game, with their down tilt, aerials, Vegetable, forward tilt, and up tilt serving as powerful combo starters to lead into difficult and technical high damaging float cancel combos. Together with her echo fighter, Daisy, Peach has amassed results that are among the best, resulting in being a top-tier threat.
Prior to patch 3.1.0., Peach and Daisy were considered as a definite top-tier and even potentially the best character in the game. Subsequent patches have nerfed then; however, the nerfs did not hurt them in the long run. Peach and Daisy still continues to find more success across the meta with strong tournament representation and results from Samsora, MuteAce, Meru, Kie, and LingLing. Peach is still considered as a top tier by a majority of players with some, such as MkLeo, Mew2King, and ZeRo, going as far to say she is the best character in the game.

Any number following the Smasher name indicates placement on the Fall 2019 PGRU, which recognizes the official top 50 players in the world in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from July 13th, 2019 to December 15th, 2019.

Kie 
- Tri-mains Peach with Palutena and Ice Climbers and is the best Peach player in Japan. Placed 7th at and Sumabato SP 11, 9th at Maesuma TOP 1, 17th at Sumabato SP and EVO Japan 2020, and 25th at Umebura Japan Major 2019 with wins over players like Kome, Masashi, and Yoshidora. Currently ranked 52nd on the Japan Player Rankings.
Leaf - The best Peach player in Mexico. Placed 7th at Smash Fest to the Sky, Mexican Gaming Championship, and Smash Fest to the Sky and 17th at Smash Factor 8 with wins over players like Cloudy, Nery, and Hyuga. Currently ranked 19th on the Mexican Power Rankings.
LingLing - Placed 1st at Smashadelphia 2019, 3rd at First Attack 2019, 9th at both Defend the North 2019 and Overclocked Ultimate II, and 17th at Pound 2019 with wins over MVD, Stroder Ame, and Suinoko. Currently ranked 7th on the New England Ultimate Power Rankings.
Meru - The best Peach player in Europe and one of the best in the world. Placed 2nd at Tech Republic IV, ICARUS V and The Ultimate Performance 3, and 4th at Valhalla II and Stunfest 2019 with wins over Glutonny, Leon, and Oryon. Currenrly ranked 5th on the European Smash Rankings.- MuteAce - The best Peach player in the world after Samsora's ban. Placed 1st at DreamHack Dallas 2019, 5th at Smash Conference United, 7th at Mainstage,13th at GENESIS 7, and 17th at Let's Make Big Moves with wins over players like Abadango, ESAM, ND Zackray. Currently ranked 1st on the South Florida Power Rankings.
- Razo - One of the best Peach players in the United States. Placed 7th at Super Smashed Fest, 9th at DreamHack Anaheim 2020, 17th at 2GG: All In, and 33rd at GENESIS 7 with wins over players such as Shuton, Ned, and Lui$. Currnently ranked 6th SoCal Ultimate Power Rankings.
RobinGG - Placed 2nd at Calyptus Cup Inkstrike and Calyptus Cup X: Purple Age, 9th at The Mang0 Kickoff, and 25th at Albion 4 with wins over players such as Light, cyve, and Supahsemmie. Currently ranked 22nd on the European Smash Rankings.- Samsora (#2) - Formerly the best Peach player in the world. Placed 1st at Shine 2019 and CEO Dreamland 2020, 2nd at both Super Smash Con 2019 and Smash Conference United, and 4th at EVO 2019 with wins over players like MkLeo, Nairo, and Tweek. Has since been banned from tournaments.

Placed 3rd at Umebura SP 6, 4th at Umebura SP, 9th at both Umebura SP 2 and Umebura SP 3, and 17th at 2GG: Kongo Saga with wins over players like MkLeo, Kuro, and Raito. - Zinoto - Co-mains Peach with Palutena. Placed 2nd at Frosty Faustings XII 2020, 3rd at Combo Breaker 2019, 9th at Heart of Battle, 13th at The Big House 9, and 17th at Get On My Level 2019 with wins over players like Aaron, Cosmos, and Prodigy. Currently ranked 1st on the Michigan Ultimate Power Rankings.
