Maesuma TOP 5 was a regional Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament held in Osaka, Japan, from July 3rd-4th, 2021. Originally scheduled for February 23rd, it was postponed several times due to a COVID-19 state of emergency in the Osaka Prefecture.[1][2][3][4][5] The final date was announced on June 2nd.[6]
As a result of train delays, several players, including Shuton, Tea, KEN, Raito, and Kome dropped out of the tournament.

- Yaura placed 4th in singles, the best performance by a Shikokuan player in many years.[7] He made a long list of upsets against DoubleA, Atelier, Shirayuki, Kie, Abadango, and Gackt.
