The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

User | Kazuya |
Universe | Tekken |
Devil Wings (デビルウィング, Devil Wing) is Kazuya's up special move.
Overview
Kazuya briefly turns into Devil Kazuya as he flies straight upwards with his wings. Combined with his double jump, it surpasses Mario's Super Jump Punch in terms of recovery. During this state, he can move left or right while flying, and at the beginning, his wings can cause damage if close, having high K.O. potential.
Unlike most up special moves, it has only a short period of helplessness and can be comboed into most of Kazuya's moveset with the exceptions of Devil Fist and itself. Kazuya must land on a platform before both moves can be used again.

Grow devil wings and rise upward. You can move slightly to the left or right. While you are rising, you can attack opponents with the claws on the wings. |
Origin
Devil Wings is an original move, but is based on various cutscenes through the Tekken series, where he is shown to fly in his Devil Kazuya form. It is also based on the move Fly, which was introduced in Tekken 2.
