Additional Categories

I was previously working on my own to-do list, but given that your list seems to be much more efficiently laid out I believe it is better to merge mine into yours. I have done so by erasing the sections on my end which are redundant, but in doing so I noted that I have a task on my to-do list for changing the licensing on Category: Fair use files.
