Ho-Oh

Ho-oh (ホウオウ, Hō'ō?, Houou in original Japanese language versions) is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball. It's a Fire and Flying type Pokémon in the Pokémon games. In the Pokémon games, it is also #250 in the Pokédex.
- Attack: The attack Ho-oh uses is Sacred Fire. Ho-oh will fly up into the air and to the back of the screen when it's summoned. Ho-oh will then release a column of fire.
- Any character caught in the column of fire will take massive damage.
- Once a character is stuck in the column of fire, they won't be able to escape.
- Ho-oh is a Legendary Pokémon so it's appearance is rare.
- The summoner is not harmed by Ho-oh's attacks.
- The attack occurs a full seven seconds after Ho-oh's release, making it the longest delay for a Pokémon attack.
- Ho-oh is arguably the "best" Pokémon in terms of destructive power and the size of its attack, although the heavy delay and predictability of the attack's location (it always appears where Ho-oh was released) makes it relatively easy to avoid.
