Zero Suit Samus spins around and twirls her Plasma Whip above her. The move has decent startup, relatively low ending lag, and deals high hitstun which makes it a good combo starter at low to mid percents. Its very high knockback scaling also gives it decently strong KO power at high percents and it has high vertical range, making it useful as an anti-air. Lastly, it can act as a reliable out of shield option due to its decent startup and inital horizontal hitbox.
It is one of Zero Suit Samus's best moves and one of the best up smashes in the game due to its plethora of strengths, making the move a relatively low risk, high reward option.
