Overall her least useful grab throw. Can be a good choice against opponent's who are susceptible to Isabelle's Up air juggling, but otherwise has no known use in competitive one on one matches. However, it can be used to provide setups for a teammate in Doubles.
Up throw's limited uses owe to its unideal launch distance, and taking Isabelle significant time before she becomes actionable. In one on one's, every realistic use case of Up throw allows for the opponent to vary their landing offensively and defensively, making all followups unguaranteed and possibly even punishing Isabelle for performing the throw.
