Flower is a special condition and an attack effect that forms a flower on a character's head. A condition can be set in Special Smash for all fighters to permanently have flowers on their heads. The flowering effect is simply a variation of the magic effect. Some items, like the Lip's Stick, can put a flower on the foe's head. The flower will continuously deal damage (1% about two or three times a second). The flower becomes bigger if an opponent already flowered is hit with a flowering attack again. The bigger the flower is, the faster it deals damage, and the longer it takes for it to fall off. The flower can be removed quickly by button mashing. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the Alloys are immune to flowering.
