Speed up?

The article says that when Dialga uses Roar of Time, it can either speed up or slow down the match. I've had it slow down tons of times, but never speed up. Espyo (talk) 19:28, 17 May 2011 (EDT)

I've never seen it speed up either, and since Bulbapedia doesn't mention anything about speeding up, it will be removed. MegaTron1XD 19:32, 17 May 2011 (EDT)
