SilentSpectre is a Captain Falcon professional from Northern California, famed for his extremely flashy style of play, insane combos titular of his character, and above all, creative and unorthodox usages of Falcon's Knee Smash and moonwalk. He used to rarely travel outside his region, but has been appearing in more and more notable tournaments as of late, including EVO 2013; in most of the large tournaments he has entered, he has not failed to leave a notable impression on the area. He is currently ranked 10th on the NorCal Power Rankings for Melee.

SilentSpectre was considered by many to be the best Captain Falcon on the West Coast and one of the best Falcons in country during his prime, but this throne has recently been challenged with the uprising of many new Falcon players who have managed to place better, such as S2J and Lord. Regardless, he has been able to prove himself by taking sets off of top smashers such as Mango and Armada in tournament.

Notable tournament incidents

  • At Pound 4, SilentSpectre teamed with fellow Falcon player, Darkrain, and placed 2nd behind Mango and Lucky. A double Falcon team placing so highly in such a large tournament was considered quite an accomplishment. In singles, he was able to defeat Armada 2-0 with a 2-stock in game 2, causing a large upset, but he still placed behind him at 9th overall.

Trivia

  • SilentSpectre usually teams up with Tang, with whom he performed the famous Wombo Combo, for doubles.
  • SilentSpectre seems to have an affinity for the color green, as he usually chooses the green palette swap or green team for Captain Falcon as well as the fourth controller port (which, incidentally, also has a green background.)
