To answer question number one, yes you change by copying the picture and replace the caption with what you want (No cursing and vandalism please though) Ex. I wrote [[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|Cute, but deadly.]] and you would write [[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|What's it up to this time?(By Brawls of fury)]] it would appear as:

Cute, but deadly.

What's it up to this time?(By Brawls of fury)

To answer question number two, I made pictures randomly appear (Hence the name of the section, Random) so it would be different almost every time.

One last thing is that if you edit this page, put your signature under the "Signature" section so I know which people edit this page.
