- To answer question number one, yes you change by copying the picture and replace the caption with what you want (No cursing and vandalism please though) Ex. I wrote [[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|Cute, but deadly.]] and you would write [[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|What's it up to this time?(By Brawls of fury)]] it would appear as:
To answer question number two, I made pictures randomly appear (Hence the name of the section, Random) so it would be different almost every time.
One last thing is that if you edit this page, put your signature under the "Signature" section so I know which people edit this page.

Any actual reason you're keeping unused images in a section?[edit]
They're unused because they got replaced by better quality images or are just unused in general. Keeping them on your subpage would imply usage, which would prevent easy deletion. This serves no point, especially with the tech image, which has extremely horrible quality, quality so horrible that no one would want to use it other than to show how crappy it is in quality.
