All-Star Semifinal Regulars is the 29th event match in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player chooses any character to fight as and is put against 4 fighters, each of which had to be unlocked in Super Smash Bros. The player fights 2 at a time and there is also a small delay each time the player KOs an opponent. They can use this time to KO the other opponent to avoid it being 2-on-1.
