DarkGenex is a Super Smash Bros. Melee Fox and Ice Climbers player from New Jersey. He is a head TO of The Nightclub, a national commentator, and a content creator on his Twitter, most notably for the weekly "This Week in Melee" news recaps. - DarkGenex was previously a notable Roblox player.
- DarkGenex is known for his proficiency with Giga Bowser in Melee, having entered two netplay tournaments with the character and taken games off of MPGR-ranked players in friendlies. As such, it is joked (albeit with credibility) that he is the best Giga Bowser player in the world.
- DarkGenex is one of the best North American players in Korean MOBA Eternal Return, and will regularly wear the "BARB" tag in reference to his main, Barbara.
- DarkGenex is highly regarded as an effective Smash Summit campaign manager, coordinating the successful vote-ins of Magi for Smash Summit 12, himself for Smash Summit 13, and Jflex for Smash Summit 14.
