Go! Triple Finish! is the 8th solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This event is a three-on-one battle, pitting the player as Pikachu against a team of Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard. The player is given two stocks, while the computer characters are given one stock each.

Unlockables

Upon completion of this event, the player will receive a CD containing the Road to Viridian City (From Pallet Town/Pewter City) track, which plays on Pokémon Stadium 2, despite Team Galactic Battle! playing instead of the aforementioned track in this event.

Trivia

  • Despite the event taking place on Pokémon Stadium, the picture oddly shows the opponents on Pokémon Stadium 2. Also, while Squirtle and Ivysaur use their red and green costumes, respectively, the picture shows their default colors.
  • The opponents' Pokémon Trainers are absent in this event. As a result, Pokémon Change cannot be used.
  • This event uses the music track Team Galactic Battle!, which usually plays on Spear Pillar, rather than on Pokémon Stadium.
  • This event is similar to the Melee event Event 7: Pokemon Battle. Because both events are single-digit numbered, Pikachu appears in both events, both events take place on the same stage, and both events involve Pokemon.
