Mario (マリオ) is a character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He initially seemed relatively unchanged from Super Smash Bros. Melee, but it is now known that he has a new special move: F.L.U.D.D.
His Final Smash is a large, swirling vortex of Fireballs, called the "Mario Finale."
Role in the Subspace Emissary
While Mario and Kirby appeared to have settled their differences, the Subspace Army ambushes the two. Peach and Zelda come to help and they are all confronted by the Ancient Minister. After seeing the two R.O.B.s setting up a bomb, Mario runs to try and stop it, only to be blasted away by Petey Piranha. What happens to him afterwards is unknown at the moment.
