The PMRank 2019 ranks the top 50 Project M players in the world during the 2019 season. It was announced in a series of Smashboards articles, published from January 26th, 2020 to n/a.
Methodology
The rankings were created by a group of a little less than 20 panelists comprising of tournament organizers, community leaders, and top players. The panelists were tasked with ranking the players in order. The highest and lowest rankings on all panelists’ lists were removed when averaging votes to reduce variance. After an initial ballot, panelists were given time to discuss the results. Then, a second and final ballot was submitted. Initially, 70 players were qualified to be ranked, but only 50 made the final list.
