Hi, I'm Miles.oppenheimer. I sign my name as Miles around the wiki.
While I've only played Melee, I'm a big fan of the Smash series, especially its music. I also plan on getting Brawl as soon as I can actually get my hands on a Wii... Thus the Brawl section of characters in my infobox is projected.
- I am currently running for adminship. Weigh in here.

Movesets
Like many a user, I've written Brawl movesets for characters who didn't actually appear in the game as playable characters...
Waluigi
- A into A-combo: A punch-punch-kick setup, much like Mario.
- Forward tilt: A long kick in the air.
- Up tilt: A kick straight up.
- Down tilt: A low kick along the ground.
- Forward smash: Swings his tennis racket. Can also damage behind if opponent is hit by the racket during the beginning of the swing.
- Up smash: Swings his fists together in a short arc over his head. Small but powerful hitbox.
- Down smash: A spinning kick along the ground.
- Neutral aerial: Faces the camera, punches up with both arms and kicks down with both legs all simultaneously, with a four-point look to it.
- Forward aerial: Slices his tennis racket in front of him. Powerful but hard-to-place semi-spike.
- Backward aerial: Half-turn into a punch resembling Mario's forward aerial. Similarly, can spike.
- Up aerial: A standard flip kick.
- Down aerial: A downward leg thrust that looks like Ness's. Can spike like his.
- Pummel: Comically slaps opponent's face.
- Forward throw: Releases and immediately kicks forward.
- Backward throw: Half-turn into a throw.
- Up throw: Tosses enemy upwards, like Mario.
- Down throw: Grabs enemy by arms and slams them into the ground in front of him.
- Ledge: Kicks in front of himself as he climbs up.
- Ledge >100%: Climbs slowly, then punches.
- Get-up: Handstand spin-kick, like Samus.
- Trip: Kicks backwards with one leg as he stands on the other.
- Dash attack: Sliding kick.
- Neutral Special: Bob-omb Squad: Takes out a purple Bob-omb and places it on the ground. Purple Bob-ombs look like Bob-ombs painted purple with Waluigi's signature Γ on them in yellow. They also can't be grabbed, so once they're on the ground, they'll sit there and then start walking, just like a black Bob-omb, but nobody can pick them up. High risk, high reward.
- Foward Special: Tennis Ball Barrage: Hits tennis balls in front of himself with his racket. Slow to repeat and always follows same trajectory, making it functionally like Falco's Blaster.
- Up Special: Flailing Kick: Think Yoshi's second jump, but the legs are doing damage as Waluigi gains height.
- Down Special: Stomp: Stomps opponents into ground (bury) or spikes them if they're in midair; however, this move can't be used in midair.
- Final Smash: Bob-omb Battlefield: Not related to SM64. Purple Bob-ombs rain across the stage like during the end of a Sudden Death match. Waluigi can't be harmed, but he isn't moving either. Lasts 7 seconds.
- Up taunt: Looks left and right with narrowed eyes.
- Side taunt: Pulls out a purple Bob-omb, looks at it, then puts it away.
- Down taunt: Leans back and cackles.
- On-screen apperance: Appears out of a purple Bob-omb's explosion.
- Kirby Hat design: Purple hat with yellow Γ.
- Home stage: Mario Circuit.
- Character Roll Call theme: Waluigi Pinball.
- Wiimote selection sound: Cackle.
- Color changes:
- Default: Purple/Black
- Red: Red/Blue (Mario-esque)
- Blue: Blue/Brown
- Green: Green/Blue (Luigi-esque)
- Extra 1: Yellow/Purple (Wario-esque)
- Extra 2: Brown/Silver
Balloon Fighter
Balloon Fighter has a unique property, the balloon number (abbreviated B#). Graphically, this number is displayed as the number of balloons on his back, either 2, 1, or none. Certain moves change depending on the current B#. Balloons can be lost much like Kirby loses a hat. The B# starts at 2 and can't ever be larger than 2. B# also affects falling speed and height gained by jumps and other moves, with higher B# increasing floatiness and allowing for greater height gains.
- A into A-combo: Alternating high/low chops. Infinite combo with tapping.
- Forward tilt: Jabs arm forward.
- Up tilt: Chops arm up vertically
- Down tilt: Slices arm along ground in front.
- Forward smash: Strong forward headbutt; good finisher.
- Up smash: Claps arms together over head.
- Down smash: Spins arm along the ground.
- Neutral aerial: Lays down flat in midair, doing damage with his whole body, with hitboxes most powerful at the torso.
- Forward aerial: Chops arms together in front.
- Backward aerial: Kicks backwards.
- Up aerial: Flips over, floating, performing many weak kicks. Height lost depends on B#.
- Down aerial: Flails legs down, akin to Yoshi.
- Pummel: Headbutt.
- Forward throw: Flings enemy forward with both hands.
- Backward throw: Spins 3 times then releases; powerful finisher.
- Up throw: Tosses upwards.
- Down throw: Chops enemy into ground, burying briefly. Great for chain-throwing.
- Ledge: Jabs arm forward.
- Ledge >100%: Climbs slowly, then jabs arm forward.
- Get-up: Jabs arms to both sides as he gets up.
- Trip: Same as Get-up.
- Dash attack: Slides along ground with arms extended.
- Neutral Special: Whirligig: Extends arms, spins and gains height, much like Luigi Cyclone. Height gained depends on B#.
- Foward Special: Lightning Bolt: Summons a lightning bolt from Balloon Fight at a random distance between one and four Bowser-lengths away. Powerful, the distance problem makes it unreliable.
- Up Special: Balloon Lift: Flaps hands to rise with his balloons fully inflated, with height gained dependent on B#. Works similarly to Robo Burner, and with 2 balloons, height gained is about the same. If full time is used in midair, all balloons pop (B# goes to 0).
- Down Special: Inflate: Pumps up a new balloon to replace a lost one. Can only be used on ground. Takes 5 full seconds. Only way to replace a lost balloon.
- Final Smash: Balloon Trip: Gains perma-flight and replenished B# and can ram for 12 seconds. Goes into helpless at the end.
- Up taunt: Inflates/deflates his balloons a little.
- Side taunt: Flips off his hat, flips it back onto head.
- Down taunt: Faces camera and waves.
- On-screen apperance: Floats in on 2 balloons.
- Kirby Hat design: Red balloons, blue hat over whole body. Kirby copy can't lose balloons.
- Home stage: Summit.
- Character Roll Call theme: Ballooon Trip.
- Wiimote selection sound: Balloon Inflating.
- Color changes:
- Default: Red balloons, blue hat, red/blue uniform (abbrev. Red, blue, red/blue)

- Extra 1: Yellow, black, yellow/black
- Extra 2: White, light blue, white/light blue
- Extra 3: Gold, silver, gold/silver
Ranger (Babylon 5)
- To learn about who this is, click here.
Primary weapon: a Minbari fighting pike.
- A into A-combo: Upward stab, mid-height swing, another mid-height swing
- Forward tilt: Mide-height stab.
- Up tilt: Upward stab.
- Down tilt: Jabs pike forward along ground.
- Forward smash: Three mid-height swings of the pike, and each can be slightly angled.
- Up smash: Spins pike above head.
- Down smash: Spins pike around self low to ground.
- Neutral aerial: Kicks forwards and punches backwards simultaneously.
- Forward aerial: Slices pike in front.
- Backward aerial: Two short backwards kicks.
- Up aerial: Jabs pike upwards.
- Down aerial: Swings pike below self. Can spike in similarity to Marth's d-air.
- Pummel: Headbutt.
- Forward throw: Throws at a diagonal angle up and forward.
- Backward throw: Half turn, releases, stabs with pike.
- Up throw: Tosses upwards then swings pike from forward to straight up.

- Side taunt: Holds pike forward.
- Down taunt: Extends/retracts pike twice.
- On-screen apperance: Drops out of a Starfury.

- Home stage: Final Destination.
- Character Roll Call theme: Opening (Super Smash Bros. Melee).
- Wiimote selection sound: "We fight for the One."
- Color changes:
- Default: Black uniform.
- Red: Red; looks like Lennier's outfit from Season 4.
- Blue: Blue
- Green: Green
- Extra 1: White
- Extra 2: Gold
SmashWiki User

Battlefield
The stage opens with various camera angles of Battlefield. Two characters drop onto the stage for a friendly match: Meta Knight and Sheik... (Battlefield) ... The victor revives the loser. Suddenly, a ship flies overhead; Wolf lands on the stage. He reveals a Dark Cannon v2. He fires at Sheik and MK, and the cannon releases a mini-Off Wave, trophying them both. A racecar shoots by, and Captain Falcon lands on the stage. Wolf, however, has jumped off of the stage to a plateau below and taken the trophies with him. Falcon pursues... (Star Wolf) ... Wolf comes to a dead end as Falcon closes in. A figure jumps off of a cliff to land next to Falcon: it's Marth. Wolf pulls out a strange-looking remote and presses a red button. A shadow covers the area. Falcon and Marth look up as Wolf flees. Kracko is hovering overhead... (Boss Theme Medley) ... The newly formed duo looks up to see a Wolfen flying away, but a Gunship is flying after it.
Practice Range
Sandbag is seen on an open range, when suddenly it's hit by a blaster shot. The camera cuts to show that it was Falco who took the shot, as he and Fox are practicing their blasting. The two are seen joking around. A cut of the camera shows the perspective of someone sneaking up on the pair through some bushes. Wario quietly sneaks out, aiming a Dark Cannon v2 at them and then firing. Falco turns in time to see the shot and roll out of the way, but Fox is trophied. Wario cackles, grabs the trophy and rides away on his bike. Falco fires at him but misses as the bike escapes. Something else hits Sandbag behind Falco, who turns to see an arrow on the range. Link has also come to practice. Falco grabs him and points towards the direction Wario drove in, and Link follows, a bit confused... (Area 6, Hyrule Field Theme) ... The pair track Wario down, finding him still on his bike in front of some sort of portal leading from the rolling plains to some forest. Wario rides through, so the new duo chases after him.
The Temple
The Gunship is seen flying after and firing at the Wolfen, but the Wolfen dodges every shot. Snake is seen watching the pursuit from the ground. He aims a missile launcher towards the Wolfen and fires. The shot destroys the Wolfen's right wing, and it plummets toward the ground. The Gunship lands on the ground, and out jumps Samus. Snake runs up to join her. They face the wreckage of the Wolfen, which is right next to a portal to a barren temple. The pair sees footprints going through the portal, so they follow and enter the temple... (Temple (Melee), Great Temple / Temple) ... They come to the far end of the temple, only to find another portal. This one leads to a glacial scene. They go through.
An additional cutscene shows Wolf sneaking out the front of the temple, and back out the portal to the grassland. However, King Dedede is waiting for him, aiming a cannon device shaped vaguely like his head. Out of the mouth of this Dedede Cannon comes a blue wave, striking the Sheik and Meta Knight trophies and reviving them. The revived pair roll away from Wolf, siding with their rescuer. Wolf snarls and pulls out his Dark Cannon v2 only to see that his enemies have already run off. Disappointed, Wolf walks off screen.
The Forest of Hope
Luigi is seen walking around in a forest setting to the song Luigi's Mansion Theme. He suddenly looks left and right as if he heard something. He slowly looks up and sees a Warp Star crashing down on him. The music ends as the Warp Star thuds onto his head, trophying Luigi in his "shocked" position. Kirby lands on the ground next to the trophy and revives the discombobulated Luigi. Suddenly, Wario shoots past the two of them on his bike, holding Fox's trophy in his hand. The two pursue him through the forest... (Forest of Hope)... They track Wario down to a clearing. He drops Fox's trophy and moves to attack... (Warioware, Inc.) ... Wario's trophy falls next to Fox's. Suddenly, a blaster shot sends it flying across the clearing and through another portal, this one to a desert scene. The camera cuts to show Falco fired the shot, and he and Link see Luigi and Kirby standing over the trophy of Fox. Thinking they were involved, they attack (Human(s) play as Luigi and Kirby)... (Menu (Super Smash Bros. Melee))... Falco and Link fall as trophies. Luigi and Kirby look at each other and nod, and they then revive Fox, Falco and Link. The five only have a brief moment before a sound is heard from nearby. They turn to see a strange egg, out of which comes a Smoky Pregg... (Main Theme (Pikmin))... The creature collapses and the quintet marches off.
An additional cutscene shows Marth and Captain Falcon walking through an unknown location. Bowser appears, aiming a DCv2 at them. He fires, trophying the duo. He tromps off with the trophies in hand towards a sinister-looking fortress.
The Frozen Wasteland
Ness walks out of the drug store in Onett as Mother (Melee) plays. Looking around absentmindedly, he proceeds to cross the street. He hears something. Turning around, he sees the Ice Climbers high-fiving behind him. Ness looks confused, so they point down the street at a portal to an icy scene. He follows them back through the portal. They come through to a glacier, which they fight their way through... (Ice Climber, Snowman)... The Climbers and Ness come to a stop, facing an icy statue resembling a R.O.B. unit, but much more massive. Suddenly, Shadow Bugs swarm it out of nowhere, and it breaks out of the ice. The Shadow R.O.B. prepares to attack, when Samus and Snake run up to join the fight... (Boss Battle Song 1)... The robot falls in pieces. Out of the wreckage comes a single R.O.B., which joins the group. They march off across the glacier.
Bowser's Castle (Part I)
Various camera angles of picturesque Princess Peach's Castle open the stage, as Princess Peach's Castle (Melee) plays. Suddenly, a portal forms in the sky behind it. Out of it comes a sputtering spaceship, which crash-lands dead center in the centermost turret. Out of a smoking hatch jumps a rather frazzled Olimar, who lands on the roof. Out the main door of the castle comes a startled Peach, who gasps at the sight. Olimar waves weakly. Olimar turns to see an ominous fortress in the distance. He points at it, and Peach sees the castle, apparently for the first time. (This suggests it was newly built for this story, not a canonical Mario series castle of Bowser's.) The two walk towards it set off towards it... (Gritzy Desert)... They enter the castle... (Castle / Boss Fortress (Super Mario World / Super Mario Bros. 3))... They come to Bowser's throne room, where he just cackles and raises a DCv2 at them as Airship Theme (Super Mario Bros. 3) plays. He fires, and Peach and Olimar are trophied. He points to the trophies which are then carried off by Koopa Troopas.
Bowser's Castle (Part II)
Lucario is seen breaking into Bowser's Castle from behind. He enters... (Underground Theme (Super Mario Bros.), Airship Theme (Super Mario Bros. 3)).. He comes to a large vault, on the floor of which are two trophies. He revives Marth and Captain Falcon, knowing they are "good guys" from their Aura. An evil laugh is heard above. They turn to face King Boo... (Luigi's Mansion Theme)... Boo fades out. Marth notices a red Pikmin standing near a door leading out of the vault. They go through the door and see the trophies of Peach and Olimar in cages. Shadow Bugs swarm them, creating dark copies... (Castle / Boss Fortress (Super Mario World / Super Mario Bros. 3).. The Shadow Bugs disperse. The heroes free the trophies from their cages and revive them.
The Valley
Yoshi is seen giving a ride to Lucas through a gently sloping valley. Suddenly, Shadow Bugs roll down the slopes, forming into various enemies. The pair attack... (You Call This a Utopia?!)... They stop for a second. Suddenly, Ganondorf appears. Lucas jumps off Yoshi, landing a few feet away on the ground. Ganondorf charges and releases a Warlock Punch, which Star KO's Yoshi. A terrified Lucas runs off. Ganondorf, amused walks off slowly in the same direction.
Superflat World
A small hand is seen tapping the base of Yoshi's trophy, reviving him. Confused, Yoshi looks around only to discover that he's missing a dimension. He turns around to face his rescuer, the similarly 2-D Mr. Game & Watch. The pair are stranded in Superflat World. They see enemies forming further along, so they move to attack... (Flat Zone 2, Flat Zone (Melee))... The camera shows a Game & Watch handheld laying on a cloud, with the heading "Super Smash Bros." Suddenly, the screen flashes a bright yellow, and out come Yoshi and Mr. Game & Watch. They look around, a little surprised by their surroundings. A figure whooshes by, grabbing them: it's Pit. Holding the heroes, he glides down towards a jungle island.
The Island
Donkey Kong is seen walking through a jungle, looking around cautiously. Suddenly, he is ambushed by several Kremlings. Trophied, he falls to the ground. After the crocs leave, DK is revived by Jigglypuff. DK thanks his rescuer with a pat on the Pokémon's back before the two set out across the island... (Jungle Level, Battle for Storm Hill)... The two come to a docked ship. Jumping onto the deck, they prepare for a fight. Suddenly, Pit drops out of the sky, landing next to them and dropping Yoshi and Mr. Game & Watch, who also land on the deck. A stomp is heard as King K.Rool comes to challenge them... (King K.Rool / Ship Deck 2)... K.Rool collapses on the deck. Pit goes across the deck to find a trapdoor, under which are DK's bananas. DK looks at them happily.
The Marshland
Pokémon Trainer and Toon Link are seen walking along a swampy area. Suddenly, Shadow Bugs start to form enemies. They move to attack... (Route 209, Termina Field)... The two are seen walking along from a cliff above. Wolf, on the cliff top, grins evilly as he aims his DCv2 at them. A cry of "Aether!" is heard, as Ike uses the move to slice through the Cannon. Mario jumps out behind Ike, and the two prepare to fight the roaring Wolf... (Star Wolf)... Wolf falls as a trophy. Mario and Ike high-five over their accomplishment as the Trainer and Toon Link rush up behind them.
The Prairie
Meta Knight, Zelda and King Dedede go straight into a side-scrolling level... (Main Theme (Twilight Princess), Butter Building)... They come to see Ganondorf standing over a terrified Lucas. Meta Knight calls out, and Ganondorf looks at them with a demented look in his eyes. He jumps towards them yelling... (Gerudo Valley)... Ganondorf falls to the ground, trophied. Lucas cautiously walks over, and Zelda gives him a reassuring pat on the back.
The Forsaken Desert (Part I)
The Forsaken Desert (Part II)
