User:Scr7/Player Matchups
Matchups against players I've played online for Smash 4. Also includes Brawl stuff from the past. I usually use 1v1 matches to determine the matchups.

Omega Tyrant
Just as good as he was in the Brawl days. Not much else to say. The majority of my matches as Sheik against him so far have gone to the last stock (and usually close to the last hit), though he has had one 2-stock as R.O.B. against my Fox.
Timson622222
Active user here and on IRC. Has decent knowledge of techniques and stuff but is not the most effective player. He hasn't taken a game off of my Sheik, who I usually dominate his playstyle with, although he has won a last-second game as Puff against my Fox.
Starman125
A user who regularly comes on IRC. He's a decent player who's been improving. He uses a lot of characters, so determining who he actually mains is difficult. I also tend to use a lot of characters in our matches. I mostly win our matches, though they tend to change around, sometimes being one-sided, and sometimes being rather close.
Sunscreen
IRC frequenter. Alright player and fun to play against. His playstyle is pretty basic. Also has a Greninja that goes :|O. (`・ω・´)
Conny
Chespin guy. Also has a pretty bad Sheik. ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ

People I brawled shortly before Nintendo WFC shut down
Omega Tyrant
An admin here. I first brawled him around July 2013, making him one of the first users I brawled. I lost all of the matches (except for one against his Ganondorf) during that session by convincing margians. His amazing use of various techniques inspired me to try and get a bit better.
We brawled again around September 2013. I still didn't take any matches off of his mains, though they were significantly closer than before. I was one down smash away from beating his Wolf with MK in a match on PS2, before eating a clutch up smash. I think we might've brawled again sometime after that, not sure though.
Last time we brawled was in May 2014, the day before Nintendo WFC shut down. I took a few matches off of one of his mains, Wolf, as well as two of his other best characters, Snake and ROB. His Dedede was still too good though. Although he obviously still beat me most of the time, most of the matches went down to last stock at around 100% for both players. I was very satisfied with my performance and thought it was a good way to end Brawl Wi-Fi.
Chilex
Starting with around January 2014, I brawled him a lot up until Nintendo WFC shut down. He mainly used Marth and was great at pressuring, close combat, and made good use of Counter. Our matches were usually close and exciting, but I won a bit more. While I mostly used MK, I also did well against him with Fox, and took some games off of him with Pikachu. He also has a MK and plays pretty similarly to his Marth. You can find footage of our most recent matches here. We also did a bunch of random mid tier matches at times, but none of those were recorded.
PokemonMasterJamal3
I brawled him once around February 2014, with the session lasting about two hours. He is a very good player who is on par with Omega Tyrant. Although I took a few MK dittos off of him, he still dominated me. He also beat me a few times using Snake. Very good player all around and fun to play against.
Timson622222
I had one session with him around February or March 2014. He was predictable and easy to overthrow with aggressive play and followups, but did make decent use of techniques like SDI and Gatling Combos. Brawl isn't his main smash game.
ToastUltimatum
We first brawled in around August 2013, when he was a Toon Link and Mario main. His Toon Link went pretty even with my MK; I won mostly, but he did well. His Mario was able to beat my Falco, though I also beat him with Pikachu and Fox. I think we brawled sometime shortly after that, where the result was pretty similar to before. Lastly, I played about three matches with him sometime around January 2014, when I just found him in a random lobby after going online. By that time, he had switched his main to ROB. I won two matches, and he won one where I SD'd once.
Dots
When we first brawled in around August 2013, he pretty much dominated me in MK dittos, as well as a few other matches against my other characters. A player who makes good use of air camping and aerial spacing. The result was the same when we brawled again shortly after. I got a chance to play him again around December 2013, where the matches were much closer. I guess I had adapted to his defensive playstyle, as I was reading him with my MK. He was still very good, however. The last time we played was around February 2014, where the matches were even.
Other people I brawled (in no particular order)
LightningBlue
I brawled him quite a lot from around August 2013 up until January 2014. He was a very good G&W main, winning most of the time against my various characters. Our matches were usually close and exciting. He also picked up a Sheik at one point, though my MK usually beat it without much trouble. I think the last time we brawled was a pretty short session that involved him using Toon Link, where I only lost one match.
Smashdude10
We brawled once, I can't remember when it was though. He was a decent player but was very easy to predict and overthrow whilst playing aggressively.
Megadardery
We played a few sessions. The lag during our matches was heavy almost all of the time. Nothing to complain about, since he uses an emulator or something, but still, neither of us could do many advanced techniques. Despite this, he was pretty fun to play against.
Ac2k
I first brawled him in August 2013, where he mained Falco and Meta Knight with Kirby and King Dedede as secondaries. Both of us often used a variety of characters. He was a relatively good player, though I usually won. I also remember us doing some three-way matches with Boo Buddy. In November 2013, we brawled again, where he now mained King Dedede and Marth. Our session was about two hours long. I still won around 60% of the time, but with both of us having improved a lot, the matches were close and exciting.
Boo Buddy
One of the first users I originally brawled. I first brawled him in July 2013, where he made pretty good use of the techniques of his two characters. He also often used other characters. I think I brawled him quite a few times after that, and although I won the majority of our matches, he was always fun to play against and talk to. I also played him a lot in other games such as Mario Kart Wii.
Smash Master
A Kirby main. In July 2013, I had a very short session with him, lasting three matches long, because my connection got amazingly slow at the start of the fourth match. I don't remember anything about this session. In January 2014, we finally got the chance to play again, where we had an actual decent session. He did pretty well, though I believe I used Falco in the majority of our matches.
MintyGuy700
I brawled him once when he came on IRC, asking for a quick session with someone. He made pretty good use of Link's projectiles and some Ike techniques, but didn't take a game off of me. I think he was pretty vulnerable to edgeguarding; I kept shine spiking him with Fox.
Mr. Anon
A user who claimed to main Kirby, but used a lot of characters against me when we brawled. He was decent at predicting my actions and racking up damage, though he was also predictable himself, and easy to edgeguard. I only lost three matches, one of which I was using Marth in.
JamesHeart123
He mainly used random characters. Most of our matches were three-way, with an #sw user called Met4lGe4r. Sometimes they were on random stages with items, but they were still fun. I did play some 1v1 matches against him, where I won easily.
Met4lGe4r
I only played against him during three-way matches with JamesHeart123. Basically a player of similar skill to James, using smashes and Aether a lot. Not a bad player, but easy to force offstage.
AgentFire
An old school #sw regular (I think?) who I brawled once. Mostly random characters and random stages. I won all the matches.
Washi
An above average Falco main who I had one session with in September 2013. He made decent use of Falco's chaingrab and was good at spiking me, but didn't show any signs of DI/SDI and recovered predictably. I usually won, but he did have some good moments against me. However, later that month, his Wii completely broke.
MeMyselfAndI
A user who I brawled and talked to a lot from August 2013 until around November 2013. He did have quite a few close matches against my various characters, but was rarely able to take games off of me. He seems to have completely disappeared since around January 2014.
ChuckNorris24
I had one pretty fun session against him in around September 2013. Although the matches were sometimes on random stages, they were still pretty fun. He did use forward smashes a lot and was predictable, so I won every match.
Crazymasterhand98
I played one match against his Marth under heavy lag, where I 3-stocked him with MK. He did show some skill, however. He doesn't play Brawl anymore and has gone inactive.
Shaun's Wiji Dodo
I was pretty eager to play this guy, since other users said that he was one of the best players on the wiki, despite his matches usually having frequent lag. I only played one match against him though, where I narrowly beat his Marth using MK. The lag wasn't terrible, but still iffy.
DarkFox01
I actually played with him and Bandit in Mario Kart Wii before I brawled him. The result was a session where I won every match, though he came close to beating my ZSS. He usually used Marth and was actually pretty good with aerial attacks, but had trouble KOing.
Toomai
The most active bureaucrat here. Although he has the technical knowledge of Omega Tyrant, he was a very average player. We mostly used random characters. I wanted to Yoshi ditto him, but we never got around to doing so. Maybe in SSB4?
Terrible
I had a few sessions with him, though our matches weren't serious at all. We usually just messed around on random stages, trying to destroy drug stores and get 0.1m on HRC. It was pretty funny.
Katarzyna
An #sw user who once showed up on IRC for a few days. Although she knew a few techniques, I won mostly and we often played matches on random stages. Also sometimes played 3-way matches with Toast.
LOTUS and KEVIN
I don't know who these guys are, but they joined in my first session with Toast. I played a 1v1 match against one of them, and won easily.
Dr. Pain 99
One of the first users I brawled. I had a session with him around July 2013, where I won most of the matches. I think I mostly used Pikachu. I haven't played against him again since.
Conny
The first user I brawled online. He is invincible to all attacks, so our matchup is currently unknown.
