Talk:Boomerang (item)

Just wondering, do we actually know the item is a Boomerang Flower and not just a throwable Boomerang designed in the same way? ♡FirstaLasto♥ 13:57, 23 April 2014 (EDT)

Technically, I don't think we do, but why would they go for the Mario boomerang rather than something like the Zelda one if it's not accompanied by its respective power-up? I think that's why it's treated this way. If it's wrong, we can just move it later. intendrone⁴² 14:26, 23 April 2014 (EDT)

Well, the Zelda boomerang is already an attack. It would be weird to also make it an item. As for why they would make it just a boomerang instead of a flower, well there isnt any indication that Yoshi has any powerup, so how would you know you have it? ♡FirstaLasto♥ 14:51, 23 April 2014 (EDT)
