Magnezone is an Electric/Steel Pokemon, and evolves from Magneton when leveled up inside Mt. Coronet.

Creature description

Magnezone is a UFO-like mechanical entity with three eyes, a single antenna, and three horseshoe magnets hanging underneath it that generate magnetism. It evolved from a Magneton upon exposure to the special magnetic field present at the Sinnoh Region's Mt. Coronet. It bears similarities to Probopass, another Pokémon that evolves inside Mt. Coronet. They both have three "units", and produce magnetic force fields. It is a neutral gender Pokémon.For some reason,it learns Mirror Move,Gust,Featherdance,and Night Slash as Egg Moves.

Magnezone made its Pokemon debut in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl.

Magnezone appears in the background of the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage. It also appears as a trophy.

Trophy Description

A Magnet Area Pokémon. It's a Magneton that evolved in a special magnetic field at Mt. Coronet. Its appearance is quite different after it evolves, but it still has three round eyes. Its shape changes but not its type--it's still an Electric- and Steel-type. It learns Magnet Rise, a technique that temporarily nullifies Ground-type attacks, a traditional weakness.
