2GG: Prime Saga is an upcoming national Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament being held in La Mirada, California on April 13th-14th, 2019. It is named after the Metroid Prime sub-series of the Metroid series. The tournament is themed after the Metroid franchise, flying in Metroid universe fighter mains and featuring many activities and events inspired by the franchise. It will be the first 2GG Saga for Ultimate and the first Saga since 2GG: Hyrule Saga in June 2018. A kick-off singles tournament was held the day before.
