Head-On Assault (くい打ちヘッドバット, Piledriving Headbutt) is one of the three down special moves usable by Mii Brawlers. The move acts similarly to Bowser's Bowser Bomb and Yoshi's Yoshi Bomb. On the ground, the Mii leaps diagonally upwards into the air, flips upside down and heads straight to the ground, landing on its head. In the air, the Mii will skip straight to flipping upside down and headbutting. The grounded version has an initial hitbox that leads into the main hit.

The headbutt has the ability to bury opponents, similarly to Zero Suit Samus's Flip Jump, though its impact range is rather small. The attack also has heavy ending lag and deals low damage to shields, making it easily punishable. As such, the move is rarely used in competitive play, apart from hard punishes or setting up sacrificial KOs while having a stock lead.

Special Move customization was added in Super Smash Bros. 4. These are the variations:
