Headache Maker (頭痛メーカー, Headache Manufacturer) is one of the two customizable side special moves usable by Mii Brawlers. When activated, the Brawler jumps up and swings his or her fists in a downward hammer punch. It is rather slow but does 13% damage, more than the Brawler's other side specials (if Burning Dropkick is counted as being uncharged). It can also be used as a very risky meteor smash and short range recovery move. The move behaves as a mix of a Little Mac's Jolt Haymaker, since pressing the B button makes the attack happen earlier (albeit the attack's distance is much shorter) and the Brawler's down aerial, since that also involves swinging both fists downward for meteor smashing purposes. When this move is used in midair from a certain height, the move will do less damage and put the Mii Fighter in helplessness.

When this move is used high enough in mid-air, the move will do less damage or put the Mii Brawler in helplessness, therefore not doing any damage upon landing.

Customization

Special Move customization was added in Super Smash Bros. 4. These are the variations:

1. Onslaught 2. Burning Dropkick 3. Headache Maker
Onslaught
Burning Dropkick

"Rush forward to deliver a flurry of kicks, and then finish with an uppercut." "A fiery dropkick with decent range. Charge it to really turn up the heat!" "Pummel your foes with a swing of your arms as you descend from a jump."

Glitch

When playing on PictoChat 2, standing on the diagonal areas on either sides of the stage while using the move causes the Mii Brawler to jump twice its normal height, with the attack only dealing 3% damage. This also works with Little Mac's Side Special.
