The Big Project

This is a really big project which I will be working on for a long while. My goal is to make a main page-esque page that doesn't look awkward when viewed on an iPad or other touchscreen devices. 	Mario's not exactly the most interesting Smasher personality-wise, but that's what makes him so important - he's the constant that holds things together. He'll always be there, he'll always help out, and you can bet yer socks he'll never give up.

	It's unquestionable that Luigi isn't as confident as his older bro, and he's definitely easily callable a coward. But just as certain is his better jumping ability and ability to take one for the team (required or not).

	This ain't your daddy's Yoshi - the appetite and carefree attitude are still there, but he's not a baby-talker or a wimp, and he can dish out a tongue-lashing in more ways than one. Still, he always has a positive outlook and doesn't let anything get to him.

	The big ape is business as usual, filling in the required Big Guy role. He's not thick as a post as some think - despite his impulsive decisions and powerful temper, he tries hard to make a positive impression (as opposed to a fist-shaped one).

	Link has a rather open mind and is pretty good at thinking creatively, despite a bit of shortsightedness. As far as the Smashers go, Link doesn't have too many unique characteristics other than his arsenal of tools.

	Like Link, Samus is equipped with a bunch of crap that does all kinds of weird stuff. That said, Samus is more likely to simply blast away the problem rather than finesse it - she isn't normally explosive herself, but efficiency is efficiency.

	Kirby is often (accurately) described as a bottomless pit. While his appetite is surely deserving of the title, he's also an endless source of happiness and optimism - not to mention humourous butcherings of the English language.

	Fox is used to working with a ragtag group of friends, so working with an group of all-stars comes rather easily to him. Like his place in the Star Fox team, Fox tends to try and break up disagreements and arguments the best he can.

	Pikachu is always full of energy (both literally and figuratively). He'll leap into situations and do whatever he can to succeed, even if he can tell he's overmatched. He has a tendancy to be a bit stubborn at times as well.

	In a sense, Jigglypuff is the opposite of Pikachu. She tends to avoid action and conflict, which sometimes prompts her to drag Pikachu out of situations. Jigglypuff is also rather defensive and tends to not talk about herself.

	Created from modified Mew DNA, Mewtwo was designed to be the ultimate Pokémon. It didn't take on any of Mew's kinder traits and only uses its intelligence to destroy its enemies. Or...so it seems. Perhaps it just feels frightened or even tormented, and that's why it lashes out.

	All Pokémon Trainers begin their journey with a sole "starter" Pokémon. They then catch stronger and stronger Pokémon to fill up their collection. A well-balanced team can be super effective no matter the situation.

	He's loud, he's proud, and he can't resist letting the world who he is (willing to listen or not). Falcon's racing prowess has given him the stereotypical celebrity attitude, although he can back himself up with his fighting style.

	Considering what he's been through, it's hardly a surprise that Ness wasn't floored to learn of multiple universes. He can expect even the unexpected and usually has some sort of plan for the situation.

	The dog in this duo is well known for being one of the most notorious trollers in video game history. If you fail to shoot one of the ducks in the original Duck Hunt, the dog will chuckle at your failure. Even if you try to aim at the dog, it will still mock you.

	Shulk is capable of wielding the Monado, a feat accomplished by only one other. The Monado, although it can cut through Mechon armor with ease, loses all of its effect against creatures from Bionis. It still remains a mystery why Faced Mechon are immune to the effects of this blade.

	Olimar, a worker at Hocotate Freight, meets the Pikmin when his ship crashes lands on the planet PNF-404. Olimar then kills off the majority of the Pikmin in self-preservation while trying to rebuild his ship, the S.S. Dolphin.

	The Robotic Operating Buddy, or R.O.B., was a peripheral for the NES that was compatible with two games, Gyromite and Stack Up. Although R.O.B.'s time has passed, his legacy lives on, as this Remembered Old Buddy has made numerous other appearances.
