Jigglypuff (SSB4)

Jigglypuff is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4, as confirmed by a leaker's Twitch stream. It retains Puff Up as its Final Smash. Its model and expressions has been updated to match recent appearances, notably Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, with brighter, more cyan colored eyes, which are also much smaller than in previous iterations.

Changes from Brawl

  • Buff Neutral attack and up tilt have been sped up.
  • Buff Forward tilt does more damage.
  • Buff Back aerial has greater KO power.
  • Buff Up smash is stronger.
  • Buff Forward throw seems to have strengthened.
  • Buff Dash attack has less ending lag and is stronger.
  • Buff Down throw deals 1% more damage.
  • Buff Charging Rollout can be stopped.
  • Buff Rest is significantly more powerful and can now be comboed into reliably.
  • Nerf Pound no longer has any momentum to it.
