Riki is a character from the Xenoblade universe. He appears in Shulk's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. 4.

Character description

Riki is the resident Heropon of Frontier Village. The Elder, Dunga, reveals that this is position has very little to do with Riki's worth, but as payment for a large number of debts Riki and his family have accrued. He is forced into Shulk's part as a matter of helping him and Melia fight the Telethia.

Riki is a very childish character. He speaks in a largely childish matter, and has very little bearing on the plot at large. However, he is a devoted follower of Shulk and Melia, and is a competent fighter when he needs to be. A conversation in Xenoblade Chronicles reveals that he is actually 40 years old, and has a wife and several children.

In Super Smash Bros. 4

Riki appears in Shulk's Final Smash. He is summoned alongside Dunban to use a Chain Attack on the trapped opponent, before Shulk uses a Monado Buster to send the foe flying.

He also appears as an assist trophy, using various arts that include Happy Happy, Freezinate, and Yoink!.
