Celestial Firework (打ち上げ花火, Launching Firework) is one of Palutena's alternate down special moves.
Overview
When Palutena uses this move, fireworks shoot straight up, and they explode on any opponents above her. The explosions deal a small amount of damage, and Palutena is invulnerable for a brief moment when the projectiles are fired.
Origin
Celestial Firework is a power that can be equipped in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It is classified as a miscellaneous power, and the explosion deals minimal damage. If Pit uses this power, he will say the name of whichever goddess is playing the role of mission control in the chapter as he launches a firework.
