Pit (ピット, Pitto) will be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4.

Trailer notes

  • His design is based from his appearance in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
  • Neutral aerial appears the same.
  • Pit appears to have a new attack in the Upperdash Arm, likely to be either a dash attack or a side special (based on the originating weapon's properties).
  • Pit appears to have a move in which he flies in a straight line diagonally upwards.
  • Pit now uses the Guardian Orbitars to create two transparent shields. It is currently unknown if this is replacing his previous Mirror Shield move.
