An icon for denoting incomplete things.

Idle poses (sometimes referred to as idle animations) is a pose that the character will do if the character doesn't move, attack, or get attacked. In Super Smash Bros., characters didn't make idle poses other than common motions like looking to either side of them or blinking.

Although not being an idle pose, when crouching Mario and Donkey Kong will raise their hands then look right and left. Donkey Kong's is a reference to Donkey Kong Country and Mario's to Super Mario 64.
