This template should be placed in-line on articles where a particular piece of information's validity is in question.
For example, if you run into an article that claims "Ganondorf is heavier than Bowser in SSBM" and you find the fact dubious as-stated, insert {{fact}} at the end of the article - i.e., "Ganondorf is heavier than Bowser in SSBM(citation needed)." This puts the onus on the editor to back up his/her information and provide a reference, per SmashWiki:Citation to verify that what his/her article says is true.
