A Shellpod is an enemy in the Subspace Emissary. It resembles a large brown beetle. It walks around and tries to stab you with its horn. When it has taken enough damage, its shell will break, revealing it to be an aquamarine banana-shaped creature. It cannot do much without its shell and is much weaker too, so a few more hits will defeat it.
