In the Items from Previous Installments update, a Party Ball was shown emitting a plethora of items, amongst them an unnamed Clock item. Its purpose, origins, and name are unknown, althrough it's most possibly that it's purpose is to make it rain items or perhaps freeze the time in a couple of seconds.
